Nordic Walking - NW is a thorough physical activity suitable for everyone, regardless of age, gender or physical condition. A form of physical activity where regular, natural walking is enhanced by the addition of walking poles. It’s safe, natural, dynamic and effective.
It’s an outdoor activity that can be practised all year, in all seasons and its technique is applicable to all different conditions and types of terrain.
The overall aim is to acquire a general physical and mental sense of well-being.
