An historic restaurant located in a beautiful position in the heart of the old centre, just a stone’s throw from the famous Bollente thermal spring. A refined cuisine in which Piedmontese produce and specialities excel such as malfatti (rabaton) ravioli, braised veal, local meat and many other dishes.
Surrounded by a wonderful architectonic setting with open-galleries and impressive 16th century wooden ceilings, 18th century doors, paintings and fireplaces, nevertheless by a part of the tower dating from the 13th century of the Blesi family.
