PODERE TONETTE

Podere Tonette is nestled among the beautiful countryside and vineyards of the Maggiora just 2,5km from the city centre.

It offers 6 fully equipped self-catering holiday apartments:

APARTMENT ALBAROSSA – is on the ground floor and consists of a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa, and a bathroom with a hall. Outside the entrance there is a small pergola with a cafe table where you can enjoy your stay. The apartment is fully equipped for cooking and has bed linen, towels, TV, WiFi and hairdryer. The apartment has walls where the original stones in the walls have been chiseled out, which gives a rustic and beautiful look.

APARTMENT ALTALANGA – the name of the room is Alta Langa, which in our opinion is one of the best sparkling wines in Italy and which comes precisely from Piedmont. The translation from the Italian of “Alta Langa” means “High Long” and it is perfect for the room as it is on the top floor and the room is the longest extending over the entire property level 3. Alta Langa consists of a living room with kitchen and sofa bed as well as a bedroom with a double bed and an additional bedroom with a double bed. Here you have an entire floor to yourself with two smaller balconies on the short sides and a long balcony on the front of the house. The apartment is fully equipped for cooking and has bed linen, towels, WiFi and a hairdryer. Just outside the entrance to the apartment is the park-like yard. The bathroom and kitchen with living room are in the middle of the apartment, so the two bedrooms end up at opposite ends of the house. The two bedrooms each have their own double bed in the rooms.

APARTMENT BARBERA –  located on the 2nd floor and consists of a living room with kitchen and sofa bed and two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The apartment is fully equipped for cooking and has bed linen, towels, washing machine, WiFi and hairdryer. Upstairs there is a roof terrace with a wonderful view of Acqui Terme where you can eat or just enjoy the view.

APARTMENT MERLOT – on the 2nd floor and has a kitchen with a beautiful terrace equipped with table and chairs to sit outside and eat. In addition, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa, as well as a bathroom and a hall. The apartment is fully equipped for cooking and has bed linen, towels, WiFi and a hairdryer. The bedroom also has a sofa as a small social area.

APARTMENT NEBBIOLO – on the 2nd floor and consists of a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed that can be made into a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The apartment is fully equipped for cooking and has bed linen, towels, TV, WiFi and hairdryer. Upstairs there is a roof terrace with a wonderful view of Acqui Terme where you can eat or just enjoy the view.

APARTMENT SYRAH – on the 2nd floor and has a large living room with sofa bed, double bed and a kitchen. The apartment is fully equipped for cooking and has bed linen, towels, washing machine, WiFi and hairdryer. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa, as well as a bathroom and hall.

At guests’ disposal:  a large summer pool;   wine tours in the vineyard and wine tasting in our tasting room.
