We baptised the restaurant “trattoria” for the will to express quality and at the same time Italianess and then we added two key words: PAPPA, as it’s one of the first words taught to children and transmits the sense of good food.
VINO/wine, is the second word chosen for our name, or rather it’s our surname!
We want to share with our customers, passion and knowledge through our menu. Today, two chefs of grand traditions lead the way in the kitchen with much passion; Maurizio Parisio and Roberto Abrile.
