Situated in the heart of the historical centre, in piazza della Bollente, opposite the city’s main monument, the Bollente thermal spring.   A contemporary osteria, aperi-lunch, aperi-dinner,  that offers a cuisine with a combination of colours and flavours, traditional piemontese main courses, bison buffalo, boar, fassona piemontese and black angus hamburgers, piadine romagnole and pinse.
