Porcini mushrooms, delicious ovules and chanterelle that grow abundantly in our valleys, are very much sought after by the gourmet during the autumn months. A genuine product from the land, with its
distinctive flavour and intense smell. The mushrooms are left to dry and then used to prepare delicious sauces, or preserved under oil so that they can be consumed during the colder months. The dense
woods on the other hand allow for an excellent harvest of chestnuts and the prestigious “Marroni”.
