B&B VERDMONT
The Loft@Verdmont is a cool, self contained Penthouse apartment close to Acqui Terme (2km). It is large, 120sq mt, with an open plan lounge dining area, the decor is modern eclectic designer and all items have been chosen with great care. There is custom luxury bedding, a large bathroom with a bath/shower bidet and twin sinks.
There is a second seating area with a single bed a corbusier chaise and and a play area for our smallest guests. Further to this there are two very large adjoining bedrooms, both with double beds, the second room has an additional single bed and a baby cot can be provided on request.
The apartment and its private patio with a dining table for eight and gazebo are yours and we are on hand if you need any help. There are toys available for your children, a huge garden with a trampoline and swing set.
The Loft has independent access and eating area above the main house.
The outside terrace is shady and calm with views over the vineyards across the valley.
There is a further room on the ground floor of the house if you need space for an extra two people it is available under my listings called The Room @ Verdmont. The combined space would sleep 10 plus a baby.
There is a DVD TV and high speed wireless internet.
The Cabana
An eclectic stylish Studio overlooking the pool and gardens of Verdmont. The open plan studio is suitable for couples or small families. It features a double bed, a single bed with a further single pullout bed in the open plan lounge area, sleeping up to 4 people; with shower, mini kitchen and dining area.
Step out directly into the pool area featuring a large pool and patio area with shallow beach entry zones.
Being recently built it features super insulation, efficient heat pump for heating, solar hot water, grey water recycling and rainwater collection.
