LA FONTE RESTAURANT WINERY

The Fonte del Vino restaurant & winery is managed by a young couple, Luca and Virginia, situated in the heart of the historical centre, a stone’s throw from the most important tourist attraction, the famous “Bollente” thermal spring.

It welcomes customers in an elegant dining room with an adjoining Enoteca, where it is possibile to buy local and non-local wines and typical produce.   From April to October you may dine outside al fresco’ with a bottle of fine wine in the spacious seating area.

The varied menu offers a selection of meat and fish specialties, with particular care taken to quality and freshness of the produce, along with some vegetarian and vegan dishes; home-made fresh pasta.  Local truffles and mushrooms in relevant season.

The Enoteca and wine list is entrusted to Luca, thanks to his studies and visits to the local cantinas and producers.
