Located in the historic centre, a stone’s throw from the central piazza Italia,and the famous thermal spring the “Bollente”. Our old tavern is small in size but steeped in traditions, that for three generations has been proposing a genuine, typical cuisine, based on old recipes that have remained the same with the passing of time. Even our farinata is prepared following nonno Ferruccio’s old recipe, cooked in a characteristic wood-fired oven.
The local wines accompany the entire meal that have been selected to bring out the best of our local gastronomic traditions. Certainly the best place to taste a traditional local cuisine.
